Two projects, two very different clients, broken up between 133 hours. This was the end, but we should look at the beginning.

Glacier Scalp Cooling

Ahhh yes, the Chemotherapy induced alopecia helping duo and company. It all started with the talk and the brand words.

Tasked with creating a website and brand identity, we started with the brand brief and style guide and then moved on to logos, and man did they need one.

final Stylescape
Sketches

coming up with my own iterations, I blended ideas of the glacier, the different sides of the cooling and moving from one state to another and trying to capture that cool yet patient esc feel.

While none where picked I came up with a lot of differences, sometimes only slightly and some major.

final Logos

After this, Alana’s logo was the one to be picked and we moved into the website, conceptualizing and building. I primarily worked on some of the conceptual side of it and looked. Although before that, who is this for?

Personas
made by Alex

now we can see my ideas for the site where i used Alana’s Wireframes as building blocks/ templates

after this I didn’t do much else on the actual website besides adding a pretty sick particle effect to the home page.

this particle effect was a replacement for a concept of a calming motion design that would live in the same place.

because this didn’t work i also created a motion design for the client to be added in case they do more pages to the website or go to trade shows or do any social media/ video type work

its White Don’t worry if u cant see it

Lastly, my contribution to was business cards and the brand guidelines/ presentation.

although my business card wasn’t picked, I still enjoyed making the brand guideline and the card and I’ll probably use this concept in the future.

Art from the Heart

Ronnie’s, art from the heart, boy was this a challenging client. As a creative lead I felt overwhelmed yet excited to take this on.

starting with brand words and things to describe her brand, art therapeutic paint n’ sip mobile parties. so to illustrate this we went into stylescapes and after Noah made a brand brief.

After this it was all heads in to make the logo, who came out on top?

It was Shelby’ssss wooooooooo!!!!!!

Sooo, after that we moved on to all the collateral, which was rack cards, signage, and business cards.

so so many different versions, but in the end

A mixture of Jessie’s, Monique’s and Noah’s work was chosen! At the end, I made the brand brief, but Dakota put together the final presentation. This client was a struggle but this was a fun group and I'm glad I got to experience being the lead though my personality is very much “we’re the creative lead”.

Thank you very much to both Cass and Scott, it was hard being the student but damn lord knows what it was like being the professors💀, please stay the way you are because you two will always be the greatest teachers, mentors, and damn near friend I’ve had since coming to Edinboro, and I’m so glad to have the knowledge and confidence that you both helped give me to be the best designer on this side of the state, waiting to show off my designs and my style.
